Regardless of whether you receive child support, you MUST log into okbenefits.org and print out payment history. If you don’t have an account >create an account> Create and Account as a Customer. Fill out the application and then bring username and password to your appointment with the office or they can print it themselves.
Adults – We need to Verify Income – Have a Job?(Bring 4 Pay stubs)
Social Security?– (Bring Award Letter)
Pension? – (Bring Statement)
At the meeting you’ll be filling out an application, and paying $32 per adult criminal/background check(Check or Debit Card)
Expect 45 min to 1hr meeting time at the office(Small office halfway on the right)
